Duties and responsibilities of the MCC agent :
- It ensures the fleet's airworthiness and oversees ATR in-service maintenance.
- It anticipates events and work to be carried out (after processing BLTs and MEL items).
- He organizes technical interventions by technicians and service providers.
- It requests deviations from the manufacturers according to operating hazards
- It requests MEL tolerance extensions
- Supervises and supports station technicians in the maintenance and repair of ATRs in operation.
- Working closely with the manufacturer, engine builder and equipment supplier, he contributes his technical expertise and methods to troubleshooting.
- Circulates feedback, technical analyses, MEL status, limitations and causes of non-performance internally.
- He informs the station technicians of operating irregularities and program changes communicated to him by the CCO. Conversely, he keeps the CCO informed of breakdowns and repairs.
- In the event of a breakdown, he and the CCO define a decision deadline
- He checks PIREPS and MAREPS and has the ground station technicians clear up the portfolio of deferred work.
- At the end of his shift, he passes on instructions to the relief team.
- He records his actions and the events of his shift in a handbook.
- It may be called upon to reinforce teams on line maintenance operations, particularly in the case of scheduled breakdowns, NOGO.
Mission Short Loop Coordinator :
- Manage and plan online work
- Take into account and manage job planning available in Blue Eye software
- Take stock of work not completed during Night Stop and take any necessary action
- Prepare the operations meeting by scheduling MEL items, PE tasks, and Out of Phases.
- Follow regulatory deadlines and internal deadlines for work to be carried out
- Coordinate work with subcontractors (follow-up of aircraft visits to MRO)
- Coordinate actions with other PART M functions (CAMO)
- Applying the load/capacity matching principle
- Coordinate the positioning of aircraft technical assets with the CCO
