2. Exclusive online distribution
This website is the only website authorized to sell Chalair Aviation flights. Price comparison websites may request to enter into a licensing agreement with Chalair Aviation which will authorize them to have access to Chalair Aviation's price, reference and flight schedule information, for the exclusive purpose of price comparison.
3. Unauthorized use
You may not use this website for any purpose other than private, non-commercial use. It is expressly stated that where a passenger or a person carried or to be carried under a contract with Chalair Aviation wishes to bring proceedings against Chalair Aviation in respect of that contract, such proceedings shall be brought solely and in accordance with the provisions of the Montreal Convention 1999 and EC Regulation No. 2027/1997 (as amended by Regulation No. 889/2002), as amended from time to time.
