1. The Nest Coffee House in Portswood

After landing at Southampton airport, head straight to Nest Coffee House for a great cup of coffee. The establishment is renowned for its unique roasts. Americano, latte or cappuccino... accompany your drink with a sweet treat. The café prepares tasty doughnuts every day.

2. Banana Wharf on the Southampton docks

At the end of the 19th century, in the 1880s, the Fiffe company began importing bananas from the West Indies. The marina offered a basin deep enough for commercial vessels.

For over 15 years, Banana Wharf has been welcoming diners to the maritime district to enjoy the large decorative murals or the view of the luxury yachts. The menu features oriental and tropical dishes, as well as classic dishes and seafood. The restaurant also offers Nasi Goreng, an Asian-influenced rice dish, as well as refreshing salads and vegan dishes.
