The new-build property show, an event not to be missed

The construction market is in a state of flux, and the challenges are many. Against a backdrop of tighter access to housing and rising energy costs, the new-build and energy-efficient renovation show is a must-attend event.

Over the course of three days, all the key players in the field will come together in one place. Specialists will share the latest advances and the most effective solutions for improving housing performance. They will address opportunities in both new-build and renovation, aimed at achieving energy savings.

The show is organized by PAP. The French real estate site, which offers rental and for-sale listings between private individuals, benefits from the support of numerous partners.

Practical information on the Paris event

The real estate and energy renovation show will be held from Friday, March 15 to Sunday, March 17, 2024, from 10am to 7pm. Download the free 3-day badge online for simplified access.

On the Paris Expo site, the event takes place in Pavilion 5.2. To get there quickly from a provincial town, take one of our daily airlines. We'll welcome you aboard one of our regional jets with an average capacity of 48 seats. In just a few hours, you'll land at Orly airport.

You can then reach the exhibition center by public transport. The route from the terminal to Porte de Versailles is as follows:

  • When you leave Orly airport, head for the bus station to take the Orlybus line to Denfert-Rochereau-Métro-RER.
  • Get off at the Montsouris - Tombe Issoire stop and walk a few minutes to tramway line 3a at Porte d'Orléans station.
  • Count on five stops before getting off at Porte de Versailles to get to the Parc des Expositions.

Once there, you can stay all day. A catering area allows you to have lunch directly on site.
