COMMEMORATIONS ON ALL THE LANDING BEACHES

On June 6, 1944, American, British and Canadian soldiers, as well as French and many other nationalities, landed on the beaches of Normandy. Their code names were Utah, Omaha, Gold, Juno and Sword.

In 2024, Normandy will commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Allied landings on the beaches of Calvados and La Manche. On this occasion, ceremonies and festivities will be held to pay tribute to the veterans with emotion.

Take part in this duty of remembrance and honor the memory of the soldiers who landed on the beaches in June 1944, by visiting sites, monuments and museums.
