How long can I travel during my pregnancy?

Pregnant women are accepted up to 28 weeks of pregnancy without a medical certificate. From 28 to 32 weeks, please complete this medical certificate specifying the stage of pregnancy, state of health and absence of risk of premature delivery (certificate less than 7 days old).

Beyond 32 weeks, travel is not authorized on Chalair Aviation flights.

Can I apply for a wheelchair, and under what conditions?

Our company offers assistance to people who have difficulty getting around on their own (PMR).

However, depending on the type of aircraft operating the route and for safety reasons, the acceptance of disabled passengers is subject to agreement with our services.

If you are requesting assistance following a recent surgery or if you are in a cast, please fill out this medical certificate (certificate issued within the last 7 days)

Can I travel with a guide dog?

The number is limited to 1 per flight for safety reasons (at no extra charge).

What do I need to do if I'm hard of hearing?

Admission of people with hearing impairments is subject to approval by our office.

Can I travel with crutches?

You can bring your own crutches free of charge in the cabin.

They are placed in the luggage compartment above your seat.

Can I carry medical baggage?

Medical baggage is subject to certain conditions. You will need a medical certificate completed and signed by a doctor.
Medical baggage not required during the flight will be placed in the hold.
Fragile medical equipment may be carried in the cabin, but must respect the maximum dimensions and weight authorized.
