Duties and responsibilities of the MCC agent
- Ensures the airworthiness of the fleet and oversees the operational maintenance of ATR aircraft.
- He anticipates events and work to be done (after processing TLBs and MEL items).
- He organizes technical interventions by technicians and service providers.
- It requests deviations from manufacturers based on operational contingencies.
- He requests MEL tolerance extensions.
- Supervises and supports ground technicians in the maintenance and repair of ATR aircraft in operation
- Working closely with manufacturers, engine builders, and equipment suppliers, he contributes his technical expertise and methods to troubleshooting.
- He circulates internally the REX, various technical analyses, the status of MELs, limitations, and causes of non-performance.
- He informs the ground technicians of any operational irregularities and schedule changes communicated to him by the OCC. Conversely, he keeps the OCC informed of any breakdowns and repairs.
- In the event of a breakdown, together with the CCO, he sets a deadline for a decision.
- He monitors PIREPS and MAREPS and has ground technicians clear the backlog of postponed/deferred work.
- At the end of his shift, he passes on instructions to the next shift.
- He records his actions and the events of his shift in a logbook.
- Manage and plan work online
- Take into account and manage the planning of available work in the Blue Eye software
- Take stock of the work not completed during the Night Stop and take the necessary action.
- Prepare for the operational meeting by scheduling MEL items, PE tasks, and Out of Phases.
- Monitor regulatory deadlines and milestones, as well as internal milestones for work to be carried out
- Coordinate work with subcontractors
- Coordinate actions with other PART M functions (CAMO)
- Implement the principle of load/capacity adequacy
- Coordinate with the CCO on the positioning of technical aircraft assets
Key requirements for the position:
- Willingness to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays
- He may be called upon to reinforce teams at other sites for online maintenance operations, particularly in the event of scheduled repairs, NOGO and stopover replacements.
Profile required:
Required education and qualifications: Minimum vocational baccalaureate in aeronautics
Experience: >10 years in aircraft mechanics

Software:Proficiency in office software, specific business software
Certification(s)/qualification(s)/license(s): Up-to-date 66 B1 and/or B2 license, ATR qualification appreciated.
