The UM service is available for children aged between 4 and 11 years on routes operated by ATR 42 and ATR 72 aircraft, subject to availability.

Once the service has been confirmed, you will need to complete this UM form, providing the contact details (name, address, mobile number) of the adult accompanying the child at the departure airport and the adult collecting the child at the arrival airport. The child must travel with a valid identity document (identity card or passport).

• The UM service is available for children aged between 4 and 11 years (inclusive) on routes operated by ATR 42 and ATR 72 aircraft, subject to availability. Unaccompanied children up to and including 4 years of age are not permitted on board.
• The UM service is compulsory for children aged 4 to 11, unless they are travelling with an adult (aged 18 or over). Bookings must be made by telephone only on 0 892 700 499.
• Once the service has been confirmed, you will need to complete this UM form, providing the contact details (name, address, mobile number) of the adult accompanying the child at the departure airport and the adult collecting the child at the arrival airport.
• The child must travel with a valid identity document (identity card or passport).
• Minors aged 12 and over travelling unaccompanied must be in possession of a valid identity document. The airline will not provide any assistance.

On our routes operated by ATR aircraft, depending on the aircraft type, the number of infants is limited.
Please note: Any child under the age of 2 must travel in the same seat as the accompanying adult (only one infant per accompanying adult).
