What time should I arrive at the airport?

Check-in Deadline is 30 min before departure on our domestic flights (France) and 40 min from/to Brussels and Kerry.

To ensure that your trip runs smoothly and that you have enough time to check in your baggage and pass through the various checkpoints, please take these waiting times into account.

What travel documents should I bring?

For air travel in mainland France, only the following documents are accepted, including those for accompanying children:

  • Passport
  • National identity card
  • French driver's license
  • French residence permit* (Titre de séjour)

* Valid, with recent photo.

For international flights within Europe, please bring your valid identity card or passport. Don't hesitate to check with the authorities.

When can I register?

From 48 hours to 2 hours before your flight's departure, save time with online check-in and get your boarding pass on our dedicated https://iport.travelport.com/ici/ce/fr page.

Online check-in is not yet available from Ajaccio, Pau, Nice and Brussels.

Where do I leave my luggage after check-in?

Your hold baggage must be handed in at the airport check-in counter.

What if I can't register online?

If online check-in doesn't work, you can always check in at the airport.

What personal data may an airline ask me for?

Airlines are applying the new recommendations of the French authorities concerning the APIS (Advanced Passenger Information System) procedure:

  • The authorities at certain destinations may require APIS data from air passengers (name, date of birth, nationality, type of travel document, travel document number). These data are collected by the airline during booking and transmitted to the authorities at the place of arrival.

APIS is a security procedure involving the transmission of information on all passengers to the immigration authorities of each country. This information is contained in your passport (or identity card for travel within the European Union). When air tickets are issued, the mandatory transmission of this information will help passengers avoid difficulties on departure and arrival.
