A name change after a ticket has been issued is subject to a fee of €50.
A reduction in the number of passengers in the group is subject to penalties: 100% if less than 30 days’ notice is given, and 20% between 59 and 30 days before departure.
The complete cancellation of a group incurs a charge of €100 if cancelled more than 60 days before departure. If cancelled between 59 and 30 days before departure, a 20 per cent fee will be charged, and 100 per cent if cancelled less than 30 days before departure.
